Pierre Francis Ltd is dedicated to delivering your premium apparel swiftly and securely. We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

Please allow time for our team to prepare and package your order before it is dispatched.

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).
  • Sale Events: During high-volume periods (e.g., Seasonal Sales, Black Friday), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
  • High Value / Trade Orders: For large volume Trade orders, additional verification checks may be required, which can occasionally extend processing time by 24 hours.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination.

  • Delivery Timeframe: The estimated transit time displayed at checkout (e.g., "Next Day" or "3-5 Days") begins after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, not from the moment of purchase.

3. International Shipping & Customs (Crucial)

We ship globally. Please read this section carefully. Pierre Francis operates strictly on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis for ALL international shipments (USA, Europe, Canada, and Rest of World).

A. Receiver Pays All Duties

  • No Tax Collection: Pierre Francis does not collect international taxes, duties, or VAT at checkout. The total amount you pay at our store covers the cost of the goods and the courier transport only.
  • Your Liability: As the "Importer of Record," you are solely responsible for paying all import duties, customs taxes, VAT, and carrier clearance fees levied by your destination country.
  • USA Customers: Following updates to US Customs regulations (effective August 2025), this applies to all US orders, regardless of order value. Pierre Francis cannot guarantee any duty-free exemptions. You must be prepared to pay any applicable duties or fees to the courier upon delivery to receive your goods.

B. Refusal to Pay

If a parcel is returned to Pierre Francis because you refused to pay the required customs fees, taxes, or failed to provide necessary customs documentation (e.g., Tax ID):

  1. Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable: We will not refund the original shipping cost paid.
  2. Return Penalty: We will deduct any return shipping costs and administrative fees charged to us by the carrier from your final refund amount.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Transactional Emails: Please note that shipping notifications are essential service messages. You will receive this email even if you opted out of marketing communications at checkout.
  • Missing Email? If you have not received your tracking number within the processing window, please check your Spam/Junk folder first, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered.
  • Check Status: You can also check your order status via the "Chat" icon on our website or by logging into your customer account.
  • Lost Parcels: If your tracking information has not updated for 7 business days, please contact us immediately at sales@pierrefrancis.co.uk so we can open an investigation with the courier.
